Join the Peachtree Corners Garden Club for an inspiring program with Alex Lampert, ecological landscape designer and founder of Eco Echo Studio, an independent, small, woman-owned, Atlanta-based business dedicated to fostering connection with the incredible biodiversity of the Southeast.
Alex will share how thoughtful landscape design can create beautiful, resilient gardens that work with nature, from putting the right plant in the right place and designing for stormwater to improving soil health, supporting pollinators and wildlife, incorporating edible gardens, and creatively repurposing existing materials. Inspired by her grandparents’ gardens and grounded in ecological science, Alex designs each project around the unique characteristics of the site and the needs of her clients, with the belief that every garden can create a positive impact far beyond its borders. Her credentials include a Master’s in Food Studies from NYU, a Permaculture Design Certificate, Residential Landscape Design training from Emory Continuing Education, Gardenary Certified Garden Consultant, Ecology Based Landscape Practice training, Fundamentals of Stormwater Design from NC State, Clemson Extension Master Rain Gardener, and her current work toward UGA Extension’s Native Plant Certificate.
Come discover how your garden can be beautiful, sustainable, and a source of nourishment for people, wildlife, and the land.
